Student applicants need to complete the Application. Student Applications will require a Guarantee, which is a gainfully employed adult. The Guarantee will need to complete the Application for Guarantee along with Guarantee of Lease Obligations. The Guarantee of Lease Obligations form needs to be notarized.

Non-student applicants need to complete the Application and sign the bottom of the Employment and Landlord Verifications.
